Librarianship, a profession with a significant number of introverts, presents a unique opportunity to explore and embrace the strengths and abilities that introverted individuals bring to leadership roles. This workshop aims to provide insights into introversion and power structures, focusing on the four types of introversion, the superpowers of introverts, and what happens to some introverts in power during times of stress and trauma. This very interactive workshop will allow participants to spend time examining real life library case studies that will provide unique insight into human behavior.
