What does it mean to be ready to work with youth, families, and communities before, during and after crises? In this discussion session we will focus on preparing, supporting, and reimagining services for youth, families, and your library’s local community. You will talk with colleagues and take a deep dive into effective strategies for learning, co-creating, iterating, and re-envisioning library services while working alongside community members. Designing services together is essential to ensure community needs and expectations are met. Get started in this session by engaging with the IMLS-funded Ready Now initiative.
