People who are incarcerated need access to library services. Implementing these services takes thoughtful planning and a broad understanding of how jails, juvenile detention centers, and prisons function. This session will provide background information and examples of existing library services for people negatively impacted by incarceration. It will cover a range of topics--from physical mail to digital access—and will highlight concerns and possible solutions along the way.
